I have resent you an email with the subject "Re: Custom branding / white label," but this time from a different email address and domain.
The issue : When the page loads, the text "BURSTYAI" appears for a few seconds (2-3) in the chat headers. The same happens with the footer of the chat, which displays "Powered by BURSTYAI." This issue only occurs with iframe embedding.
Q. Can it support switch multi language in reply when user msg in different language in conversation?
Q. Will it support own ai api? Or must buy credit only from u

A: Yes, it supports multi languages based on context automatically. You need to bring your own openai api key in order to use it, the credits only applies for burstyai usage itself.
Q: what does 20,000 AI messages per month , 20,000 total records 0 in Tier 3 mean?
does the 20000 mean total 20000 records of messages, or 20000 documents I can upload?

A: They are separated, AI message means the chatbot reply to uses' query. While 20000 records is the amount of row records used in 'Sheet', Sheet is advanced function like database, it is used customized workflows.
