Q: Workflows

I love the workflow builder but am not experienced in building them atm. I've tested a number of the out-of-the-box workflows with no modifications but have yet to have one complete properly even after a success message.

As an example, I have added proper access in integrations for WP and launched the One Click Blog Article Writer workflow. The workflow shows successful, yet when looking into the details it shows unhelpful errors:

1) Is there a document that explains all of the design elements of the basic workflows?
2) With default workflows, are they expected to fully work out of the box or are they simply starter templates that need customizations?
3) Is there a published roadmap or discord for regular updates?

Q: Quick questions after testing

Hi,

currently tier 3 and exploring the product. So far, great idea.

A few flow questions:
1) I've tested some of the workflows and have yet to have one work successfully. It seems there were some that had prerequisites that I wasn't aware of until after receiving the response but the workflow still ticked off credits used. - It would be great to have some error or testing ability of workflows to test prior to credit usage. (One example was the youtube to blog workflow: I submitted a video and it failed saying the video did not have subtitles. 🤷 )
2) I've connected wordpress (I think). Do you plan on putting testing buttons in the integration page so we can ensure api keys confirm? I'm not sure why WP isn't connecting though the login is correct.
3) Would love to be able to connect private hosted llms like ollama

1.) Only youtube videos which have enabled 'CC' can use the workflow, unfortunately that's is not pre-awared to workflow without running it. 2.) Good suggestion, I will put it as a feature request 3.) We have planned to support OpenRouter as our LLM api by which almost all LLM models will be supported.

A: To proactively send message to your Whatsapp users, you must first configure message template and give it approved from Whatsapp, this is the only way Meta send message proactively. Once that's approved by Meta you can schedule the chatbot to send with the message to a group of users.

Can you clarify a few points for agency use? Can I truly create unlimited chatbots for different clients under one account? If I enable BYOK, does the tier’s monthly AI message limit no longer apply, and usage is only limited by the API provider? What exactly counts as a “record” toward the total records limit? Can each client use their own API key so usage is billed directly to them, and can records be allocated per client? Is there a dashboard to track monthly usage per chatbot/client, or only globally? Are chat conversations saved in the dashboard, can they be exported per client, and is there a way to set retention or delete them for privacy?
