Q: Bursty Ai vs LLM tokens / Total records / Omni channel / Zapier / Mobile app / Agency tier / Customisation / GDPR
Hi,
1)Each tier has 'Ai messages' but BYOK tokens are still needed. If could explain the operational difference between 'Bursty Ai credits' and BYOK ai tokens.
2)
a)Are 'total records' interactions or leads?
b)Options when limits reached?
3)
a)Do you plan Bursty Ai to be omni channel like ManyChat?
b)Do you plan to add IMAP/SMTP email channel so we can reply to emails within the platform?
4)Can we capture name and email then use Zapier to send them to our marketing stack?
5)Any plans for an iOS mobile app for live chat?
6)Agency usage
a)With Tier 3 can I seperate bots for certain users or will this be in the Agency Tier?
b)Is there an ETA on the Agency tier?
c)In the Agency tier will emails come from our domain email?
7)Can we change colours, fonts and add a logo to the website bot?
8)Are you fully GDPR fully compliant?

1.) The LTD price is far less to cover the LLM cost, thus you have to BYOK, this is for sustainable business.
2.) 'total records' are records save in all Sheets, the default 'lead form' is not calculated as a 'Sheet', but in case you define an custom form, which will be a 'Sheet' and counting records of course.
b.) once limits reach, you could simply export some data and then remove from sheet.
3.) It is omini-channel already, email, voice and telegram channels are planned. b.) Yes when email channel is supported.
4.) For sure, use a customized workflow to do so.
5.) We wont support any mobile app, instead we are working to notify via email or whatsapp message once a new conversation is triggered, in the notification, there is a link could be opened directly in your phone's browser, you can watch and human hand-off the chat.
6.) We have a plan to add an extra Tier for Agency usage, the scope is not fully defined yet, please send us email support@burstyai.com if you would like to join into scope definition for Agency tier.
7.) Yes.
8.) Not GDPR compliant yet, our servers are located in US for the moment.
