Could you please confirm if the following workflow is possible with your tool? 👇

1️⃣ Automatically detect when someone comments a specific keyword (for example “boussole”) on my Instagram post.
2️⃣ Automatically send a Direct Message (DM) to that person right after their comment.
3️⃣ Inside that DM, ask the user for their email address, and capture that email directly within the conversation.
4️⃣ Automatically export that data (Instagram username + email + date) via Webhook or API to an external tool such as Pabbly Connect or Google Sheets.
