Q: Can you please clarify how BurstyAI works for agencies, BYOK, and limits?

Can you clarify a few points for agency use? Can I truly create unlimited chatbots for different clients under one account? If I enable BYOK, does the tier’s monthly AI message limit no longer apply, and usage is only limited by the API provider? What exactly counts as a “record” toward the total records limit? Can each client use their own API key so usage is billed directly to them, and can records be allocated per client? Is there a dashboard to track monthly usage per chatbot/client, or only globally? Are chat conversations saved in the dashboard, can they be exported per client, and is there a way to set retention or delete them for privacy?

1. Yes, you can create unlimited chatbots under one account, one chatbot per project.
2. BYOK is a pre-condition for LTD users, the limit of monthly AI message is only for usage of BurstyAI platform, you have to bring your own AI API keys. The monthly AI message limit is shared to all your chatbots.
3. The record in Sheet is an advanced function, in case you want your chatbot to do more than just 'replying customer query', such as calling workflow to do lead research, in which cases, you might want to save the workflow result into a Sheet, one record is simply a row of a sheet.
4. Yes, when you add a new project per client, you can set the 'custom API key' per project.
5. In 'Credits Usage' page, the usage table contains 'Project ID' which indicates different chatbot/client, currently it's only details, we will add usage summary as planned feature.
6. Yes, conversation could be exported, this feature will be released within 2 weeks, and conversation could be deleted by yourself right now.
