Q: Integrated Channels and Message Limit

Hello, I'd like to know if burstyai is capable of natively managing WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and LinkedIn without using an API (Zapier, Make, etc.)?
For the AI message limit (20,000/month - Tier 3), is this the number of chat replies, not the number of conversations?
What happens if usage is exceeded?
Is it possible to combine two Tier 3 licenses to upgrade to unlimited messaging or at least double the response capacity?

A: 1. BurstyAI supports messaging for WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and Slack without need of 3rd party APIs, LinkedIn is current not supported.
2. Yes, it is the chat replies per month.
3. When limit is exceeded, you can order one-time extra credits to continue make it work.
4. You can order 2 licenses and split your chatbots across them, currently there is no feature to combining two license into 1 account.
