I wanted to share feedback about the answer the BurstyAI chatbot on your website gave regarding the Appsumo License Tier 3:
"Yes, you get removal of BurstyAI branding and support for custom branding/white label. However, the ‘Powered by BurstyAI’ text can’t be fully removed unless you contact support for more options."
This isn’t strictly contradictory but can be confusing. The license says branding is removed, yet that text remains visible unless further action is taken. It would be clearer to state upfront that branding removal is partial and full removal requires contacting support.
Also, I’ve written multiple times over the past week without any response and would appreciate your attention.

I have resent you an email with the subject "Re: Custom branding / white label," but this time from a different email address and domain.
The issue : When the page loads, the text "BURSTYAI" appears for a few seconds (2-3) in the chat headers. The same happens with the footer of the chat, which displays "Powered by BURSTYAI." This issue only occurs with iframe embedding.
