The title explains everything!
Indeed, the platform has great potential, with good features, but when we ask for help, the support tools do not work (which is strange for those who have this platform), the documentation is purely technical and they refer us to responses via email that are only answered with a significant delay. I hope to be able to reverse this comment if they improve customer support.
