Business Hangouts was acquired in late 2020, and while the platforms look similar, they are geared toward different audiences - Business Hangouts is designed for events less than 500 attendees (or SMB), versus JetWebinar which is geared towards larger audiences (1000 or more attendees).

Hi Faisal - the platforms are very similar, especially their front-end interfaces, but there are substantial differences on the back-end to handle different audience needs.
