This is one of the worst product I have bought from AS. There are multiple operational issues and there is no customer care to support. Non-Functional. There are few products like RankAtom and this one ,which I bought are worst products. and this negative experience of mine forced me to discontinue my plus service.

Cannot upload video even a test video onto the Automated webinar option in In-Webinar option. After uploading it says Uploaded sucessfully, but no luck. Secondly also the reminder & test mails are not going. Awaiting reply as I was very happy to purchase but looking at this, Im pretty disappointed. Also cannot change my username from Appsumo Licensee to my actual name. Please resolve as I need to go Live or theres no need of keeping it hanging. Disappointed but awaiting a Ray of Hope.

Call me crazy but I've been stocking up on video conferencing since it's a critical part of my business and I want multiple options. I wasn't sure about this one...but decided to give it a go. A few key things to understand about what makes this different from Zoom and Vivomeetings, etc.

First, the main selling point here is the webinar functionality, NOT interactive meetings. The main downside here is the limited number of people on a collaborative call but other than that the software seems to work well given my brief testing of it. With the webinars, attendees can only ask questions via chat. Meetings that allow full interactivity I think are set to 10 people but if you get a full license you can have 500 people on your webinar. However, despite this limitation I think the software is worth getting.

There are a number of key features that I have not seen elsewhere, such as the ability to stream recorded webinars as well as an in-meeting call to action button that you can use for an upsell. Host videos can be made full screen, which is a must if you are teaching exercise videos. The recordings are also showing the host video in full (or the screen share) and not a bunch of useless fluff.

The transcript works well but the main downside is that it isn't shown in-meeting and you must remember to turn it on and off.

Support is AWESOME and got back to me right away to fix the main issue with the AppSumo purchase - your URL is by default the first part of your email address and your name will be "AppSumo Licensee" but they'll fix it quickly. Like, they got back to me in an hour.

This is a good tool to have in your toolkit if you are looking to use webinars as a way to build a mailing list or promote other products, or as the product in and of themselves. There is a small transaction fee but you can sell tickets to your webinars here as well (integrates with PayPal and Stripe). I'd like to see some other options available in the future such as breakout rooms but for this price and the great support, 5 tacos from me.

I have to get this out now even before totally reviewing the application, because they did something that is review worthy today. I got mixed around with my signup, you know previous account and some other jazz. My subdomain created by no access. I go support leave a message and expect to wait about 24 hours before i call “bullshit” and start sending more messages. I did and before i could completely navigate to gmail to check on my marketing efforts (so sad), these guys are like “hey we are on your site, you said you needed help, where are you” in a new message in my email. They’ were kind, courteous and knowledgable in there niche. I went for passwords and by recommending (unsolicited and free of charge) i got a better subdomain for my brand and built some trust with the makers of my newest business software. You guys are awesome

This is an update of my review (previous June 2022). Initially I had put 4 tacos. Now I am forced to put 2 tacos. Already the developments mentioned (in June 2022) have not been done, but especially prior to a webinar I wanted to do and some tests :
- Test on participants: access to the webinar impossible or, in case of access, no video
- Very bad image quality: this is not due to my internet connection since I have fiber and the same day I tested 2 other webinar solutions without any problem
- Dysfunctions during the webinar test

I can't afford to use this solution which would lead to a bad image during the live event.

I think that this kind of application requires a lot of resources and a "lifetime" offer is not viable if the company does not already have a good customer base.

Too bad...
