After checking their Facebook group and seeing a low number of members I was not sure whether I should get Bussiness Hangouts. Was this a solid, reliable company?

I checked further and found out that they actually have an impressive track record and that the low member amount on FB is due to the fact that the mother company (Jetwebinar) aquired Bussiness Hangouts, updated the code extensively and now s giving it a fresh start.

I got Tier 3 since this allows me to have three meeting rooms at the same time. Something that is important for my use case and that I have not seen anywhere else, :-)

Another feature that is impressive and that none of the alternatives has (to my knowledge) is the very evolved and detailed stats dashboard (even heatmaps) about our attendees.

Last but not least: The support is quick, friendly and effective. I had a technical issue (turned out to be some plugin on my Firefox) and it got resolved with little back and forth.

In conclusion: This deal got somehow underrated. It is worthwhile to do a deep dive, researching Business Hangouts to see whether it fits your needs.. And if the answer is yes: Don´t let this opportunity go by.
