Business Hangouts provides a complete kit for running live webinars. Attendees can tune in on desktop and mobile devices without the need to download anything. I love the 'show offer' feature as it pushes the offer and the link to the offer to the front so that everyone can see it.

I picked up the 200 attendee deal. In the past I have used Demio for all of my webinars. Demio costs me over $100 per month for 150 attendees.

With that in mind Business Hangouts is an awesome deal.

Business hangouts is not quite as slick as Demio, but it has a lot of potential... Business Hangouts even has a bunch of additional features that Demio doesn't have. Such as live streaming to other platforms via RTMP.

To get this feature set on Zoom I'd be paying over $100 per month.

The 480P doesn't worry me. I'm more concerned about stability than achieving the highest resolution.

I also agree with the team at Business Hangouts. Most other platforms say they do 720p but in reality when you are live your stream rarely uses over 480p. Especially when you are scrensharing or have multiple presenters.

It seemed to work pretty well as an attendee on my mobile device. Although I noticed some people have said they had some trouble on IOS. But it looks like a tidy up of the mobile UI/UX is on the cards.

Two things I'd love to see that would level up the platform.

1. Make it possible to hide audience names from other webinar attendees.
2. Enable private chat between host and individual attendees. I use this feature a lot in Demio.
