Q: Hello, I am looking for a way to work with external clients.
Specifically, it is about processing and support in the event of a claim. The customers should be able to take part in a conversation easily (without having to create an account/user and password) and the information channels should work bidirectionally - i.e. not only can I easily send the customers the current processing status, but also that the customers can feed comments and media back into the feed. Is this possible with your software?

With the public feed, you can publish any updates or comms here. The customer can then provide feedback on each post. The customer does not need a login.
Internally, you also have access to an employee feed. This operates the same as the public except it requires that your user login to provide security for sensitive information.
Lastly, we are working on the 2 way feedback. I.e a customer provides feedback and the creator of the comms can reply directly.
