Q: Some questions (1)
Hi, your product seems very promising at first glance and from the videos on your YouTube channel as well as your interviews, but the offering also raises some concerns. We hope you do not mind answering and elaborate on the following:
1. On your website you mention following best practices for security. Do you, for example, have 2FA available through apps such as Authy to protect customer data and reduce the risk of getting hacked? And if not, can we expect this to arrive soon?
2. You mention CRM in your offering, how does that work and how compliant is your product regarding data privacy laws in different regions? And are cookie notifications and all other privacy requirements included and easily managed through Butternut AI?
3. Will multilanguage websites soon be available with best-practice SEO optimization in each language?

Oct 1, 2024A: 1) We do not have plan to have 2FA authentication. But we have a strong team of security experts and we host all websites on our own AWS servers with strong security layers implemented. We ensure your data and your customer's data stay protected.
2) We have CRM where you can view your users and can then integrate 3rd party apps t interact with them.
3) We plan to launch a feature soon where you can select the language in which you want to build the website. That will be released very soon. But multi language websites are not currently on our roadmap.

Without 2FA it hard to see how you can maintain security. We constantly hear about privacy leaks, as well as websites being hacked. Do you have any other specific solution in place that makes 2FA redundant, or is it not a priority?
