"Butternut.ai may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services and the generated websites will cease."

Also, there is no way to export the websites, nor any confirmation given regarding backups. How would you justify customers building their sites using your services when all work and effort may be nullified at any moment, be it at your discretion, a hack, error, or by acquisition?
