Since we've already resolved this in a private support ticket, I'll paste my reply below:

Unfortunately we are currently unable to support unlimited pageviews on our AppSumo page. We actually launched a new unlimited plan to our site. But since the unlimited pageviews plan is very new to us and we’re still exploring what the extra load does with our servers, we have chosen not to introduce a lifetime unlimited pageviews tier during our time here on AppSumo.
