Sep 27, 2026Thank you for the feedback. We checked the generations on your account. You created two videos with Seedance 2.0: one was 6 seconds and the other was 9 seconds. Together, they used the 500 credits.
The exact credit cost is shown before you click the Generate button. We’ve also explained the credit breakdown several times in the AppSumo questions and replies.
We understand the frustration when an AI-generated video does not come out as expected. This can happen with any AI video model. However, calling it “robbery” is not fair when the cost is shown before generation and the purchase can still be refunded.
You can also use lower-cost options such as H3 Max, which costs 60 credits for a 5-second video at 480p, allowing you to generate more videos with the same allowance.
