Q: Users and collaborators on this offer?
Can you explain how many users or collaborators this might work with? Is this just one person's "license" or can we add other team members to projects and tasks? How are collaborators [in our case, volunteers of a nonprofit] able to use this one-tier LTD? Thanks! Are people who are added to tasks given a view-only access or can they interact with tasks/projects as part of this LTD? Very compelling looking offer! Thank you.

I think we may have already corresponded via email, but thought I'd respond here too :) We're going to be implementing a very basic freemium version soon that will make it easier to collaborate with volunteers, etc. That said, for team members, it's always going to be best for everyone to be subscribed. Hope this helps!

I asked the company on their site in chat about this. This is mostly the plan for one person. In order to have others who are able to be assigned tasks, they would also need their own subscription. They may, in the future, have a free "collaborator" option so that people can be assigned tasks with minimal [?] access but without a full subscription of their own. Or something like that.
