Hi I have tried almost all of the task managers that were released here on appsumo and this is By FAR one of the best task managers. Fully functional and almost no bugs.

I am currently on omnifocus and was exploring motion , rescue.ai and todoist and decided to move to ByDesign.

Super helpful and responsive support as well.
- iOS and macbook apps are very stable and visually very appealing.
- Overall design is amazing
- You can assign Do dates and due dates to easily manage tasks
- Integrates very well with google and outlook calendars
- More mature and functional than many of top selling projects out there.

Few things that really stand out.

a) Right now, there is no way to see count of overdue tasks in sidebar by project. Hope that gets added soon

b) Due soon and overdue tasks are not color-coded, so visually it's very confusing. I think it's planned to be released soon.

c) If you schedule tasks but don't assign tasks to yourself, then they may not show up properly in timeline.

FYI - There is no free option to share your tasks with anyone, as there is no free tier. So if you want to share your tasks or project with someone, - they need to have a paid account as well. Not a deal breaker for me, but something to keep in mind.
