Question 2: How can I rearrange the steps, e.g. move the step 2 to step 5 ?
Question 3: how can I have different text on the button, I need to have: "let's start" on the 1st button, "next", "previous" and "submit" on the last button

I'm testing out CabinPanda so haven't purchased yet but I can help with part of your inquiry as I've been trying to figure out some of the same questions and more.
1) No idea on your 1st question
2) If I understand your question, I think you want to re-order what is listed for your form??? If so, you can add a field and delete a field, or rename. The renaming of fields took me a while to figure out. When you're in your form, click on the box the field relates to, then click on the field name i.e. "Long Form" and then type what you want there. At first it appears spacing may be limited, but I typed two lines worth of text to test it and it worked.
3) Change the "button" text.... when you're on your form, go to settings in the bottom right of the screen, click "customization" and you'll see where you can customize the button text to anything you want. Under "General" you can remove CabinPanda branding, as well as add a redirect page once a form is submitted.
