I have some major problems with the product.

1- The only conditional logic is to hide/unhide fields? No routing questions, no nothing?
2- Your template has "What's your name" and then in the second question there is a blank line suggesting that it will pull the name from the above answer. Where is this functionality?
3- Your templates have calculations. How and where is this functionality?
