I'm wondering whether you have plans to add scale-based quizzes as a survey template type? What I'm looking for is something that ask questions that the user provides a rating for (eg. on a scale of 1-10 how likely...) and then depending on the sum total of their responses, the user receives a quiz 'diagnosis' screen. eg. 'Your total score was X, this means you are totally ready to...'

We are continually trying to improve our existing forms and add new form types to CabinPanda. Currently, quizzes are under consideration of our roadmap, and since there are more people asking like yourself, we will definitely be planning it out and adding it in the near future.
