Thank you for your reply. In the meantime, we've purchased Tier 2 and are considering upgrading to Tier 3. Having checked our dashboard under Caisy, as well as some Q&A we had missed, it seems clear that the limitations are _per project_. We also understand that all Tiers include 3 additional Free projects, making all your offers really generous!
Unless something from the above has changed in the meantime, Tier 3 offers outstanding value.
