The presentation & insights shared (plus being located in Germany) already convinced me. A Headless CMS with the limits granted (Tier 2) is a steal (and I am shamelessly fine with it).
Only "caveat" (even though its not the business of a headless cms though):
I wish there where were some more (appealing/modern) starter templates. Simply as it supports adoption and improves User Experience.
(maybe you will consider to get a dev license from some simple but well coded templates on e.g. themeforest to give people an option to start fast - or some simple landing pages for the marketeers amongst us just looking to spin something up fast and integrate a few docs/forms/articles).
Caisy.io is a excellent choice for any organization looking for a robust and adaptable headless CMS solution. Despite my relatively limited experience with headless CMS development, it felt easy to use. Even though it is a new entrant in the field, it already offers a broad spectrum of features. What differentiates Caisy.io from seasoned players in the headless CMS market like Sanity and Contentful is its unique multi-tenancy approach to site management. This is particularly beneficial for agencies, as it streamlines operations by allowing efficient management of multiple sites under one roof. Moreover, Caisy's team is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which is good to know when starting any bigger project.
Pros ==== - User-friendly interface - Aesthetically pleasing and intuitive UI - Multilingual content support - Highly customizable content models, called 'blueprints' - The multi-tenancy feature, ideal for managing multiple sites for agencies - Features well-thought through cms tools - Great image editor - Flexible and affordable pricing, should you require more than the LTD limits - Great customer support - GraphQL (Yeay)
Cons ==== - The documentation could be more comprehensive; a few features seem less well-documented than others - The learning curve can be steep for some users - Given its startup status, the user community is still growing and hence relatively limited (yet the core team is quick to respond to any questions) - Lacks a standalone REST API - More starter templates would be great

Hi Schoelco,
Thank you so much for your detailed review. We are thrilled to hear that you're enjoying caisy and finding it a robust and adaptable headless CMS solution.
Your feedback is invaluable to us. We recognize that our documentation needs improvement, and we're actively working on making it more comprehensive.
As for the REST API, while we currently focus on GraphQL, we understand the...
Caisy appears to possess all the essential capabilities required by individuals who wish to develop a website, blog, or catalog. Its API uploads are fast, surpassing some of the previous deals I have purchased. The component-based architecture facilitates the reuse of components in creating various types of pages.
The generous offer of several free projects, along with paid tier projects, is a great advantage. Moreover, the presence of a scheduling system enables the automatic posting of content.
However, there is a dearth of in-depth documentation and a limited number of examples. Nevertheless, anyone familiar with GraphQL will be able to utilize it effectively. Documentation is enough to get most things working but still would be better if it was more deep like Supabase, Firebase, Sanity, Keystone, etc

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! We're happy to hear you find our API speeds, component-based architecture, and scheduling system helpful.
Regarding the documentation, we acknowledge that it's an area we need to improve on. Your comparison with Supabase, Firebase, Sanity, and Keystone is well taken. We're actively working on enriching our documentation with more depth and examples to...
Hey team Caisy, great job! This headless CMS feels very mature. I've played with a few competitors before, like Contentful, DatoCMS, StoryBlok and Sanity and my first impression is that Caisy may be just as good. I've created a demo blog and managing publications and blueprints worked pretty much as expected, and never encountered any unexpected errors or so. Based on that I can simply say that this is one of the better deals on Appsumo, because of that robustness. And I absolutely love your image editor, very convenient for last-minute tweaks!
Just one thing that I think that can be better is the use of space in the dashboard, as each field takes up a whole lot of space, way too much IMHO. Take for example the Blog Article: Above the fold I can only see Title Internal, Slug and Author. For all other fields I need to scroll. And that's on a 14" Macbook Pro.
To get all features, I signed up for Tier-2. But the limited number of 2 projects may become a showstopper for me, as I like to have a bunch of (small) projects, just as you offer on your normal plans. I'm even technically allowed to create multiple projects, but if I understand correctly, that's not accepted practically/legally? I hope you remove this limitation, or at least give a much higher project count, like 25 or so. Hope you will consider this, as I am not sure if I stay on board with the current offer. Also because other headless CMSses offer so generous free plans. Anyway, great job team!
