Calido is a really good project management tool. It is very easy to use, and also has a great functionabilty.

The UI is very nice and looks great on screen. I was able to start using it without reading or watching any guides. It is extremely intuitive which makes it such a good product.

I wasn't sure if I can make use of this tool as I already use a number of different applications for Product and Project Management. However, I was blown away by the usability of this software with all the templates plus the clean UI, structured and intuitive setup plus being highly configurable.

Shared just one of the templates with my wife to review some product strategies for her business and she was blown away. Definitely an app I'll be using extensively, not just now, but long into the future!

The Calido platform is a great, intelligent product management tool. It offers a lot of flexibility and functionality.

My favorite features are:
- Everything can be customized. Custom fields, filtering, sorting, grouping, and hierarchical structure.
- A variety of project views are available. These include Tree Views, Roadmaps, Kanbans, and Gantt Charts, which you can embed on your website.
- There are ready-to-use templates for OKRs, SWOT, and product management.
- The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly.

Features I would like to see:
- Move/duplicate a product (Epic>Feature>story>task) from workspace A to workspace B's list. I can currently do so by copying and pasting, but having the option to move or duplicate a record would be preferable.
- Webhooks. Integration with Zapier is forthcoming, but webhook support is preferred.
- Attachment: Please consider allowing other files, such as pdf, docs, etc. Linking to documents in the comment section is not an effective way of sharing documents.
- Notification: Reminders push notification features. Ex. mention @someone in the comment section, and they receive a notification.
- Brainstorming tools: mindmaps, whiteboards, etc.
- Mobile view & mobile app.
- Ability to restrict access based on Workspace.

Thanks for bringing Calido to Appsumo. I look forward to seeing how this tool evolves over time.

In my practice, I've always set up projects by creating a whole lot of epics, user stories, and tasks in JIRA before the real kickoff. All that lacked structure and a clear line of dependencies or really much hierarchy. Good luck presenting it to senior management also.

In a way, Calido is a nice mixture of functionalities that I had to manually replicate through Confluence and JIRA but now are integrated into a single app and one click away for all teams to access. Templates are a nice way of working and if you've been using excel for project management, you'll be happy to hear there is a csv import.

The journey is long to find a project management tool that is flexible and most importantly, make conscious usage of precious screen real estate. I just don't enjoy clicking back and forth just to add something minute. I have tried all most product management tools and abandoned every one of them except Todoist, however it is lacking in team aspects and cross tabulated tracking. Calido is simply marvelous! I can finally end my nightmare of having to do everything myself just because I didn't have a powerful enough tool to spell out my delegation task requirements. If the site can be a bit faster, that'll be perfection.
