Adil's team spent a couple of years developing Calido and the result vindicates them! Both its features and its many templates represent a tool extensively thought out and well implemented.

I can't highlight enough the power that the open data model supported by Calido represents. The way I see it, rather than Calido restricting its clients to a specific model of working as envisioned by its developer, it allows them to adapt it (by altering some of its many templates or creating new ones from start) as per their own work concepts and methods.

We are still uncovering the full capabilities of Calido. Most things that we considered "would be nice if Calido could do", we soon found out it can. With the potential of building relations between items of different hierarchical structures, the sky's the limit.

One non-structural feature we would like to see is authentication via Google and/or Microsoft accounts. This would greatly facilitate integration with a company's other tools, including mail, calendar, file repositories, knowledge bases and more.
