I bought Calipio to replace Loom. At Loom, there were always technical problems that annoyed me and cost me time. Calipio does exactly what it should. It's easy to use and it works. A perfect alternative to Loom. I haven't even tested all the functions, but I'm already satisfied because, as I said, it simply does what it's supposed to!
The only flaw... Calipio's design doesn't suit me! But I can live with this very well!

I am so glad that I found Calipio here! As I am refusing to use one of the big brother brands browsers on my computer I am always down to finding *real* Saas software and not the just the usual Chrome plugin rubbish. And compared to other Saas video products these guys seem to have made a really proper job, this is fast and without any hickups, neither on recording nor on playback. Still have to play with the SDK and wordpress plugin but seems sound as well at first sight

Calipio is not just a screen recording software, as I originally thought. It's much more. You realize what benefits they offer only after you "play" with their SDK.

If you missed "Ziggeo" - a similar software - you may want to try "Calipio".

The support team is very responsible. After discovering a bug that I reported, they found a solution to fix it immediately.

I want them to keep this software simple and powerful, without fancy stuff.

Maybe a little too much "branding", and here I am referring to the integrated registration button that they offer if you use the SDK solution. Personally, I don't see the point, as long as you go directly to their site to view the recording ...

The number of minutes offered is debatable, depending on what you use it for. I would have preferred to pay more for an unlimited minute package.

All in all, I recommend trying this software and you will realize how many opportunities it offers.

Check this out, they sport a self cutting editor which identifies itself and cuts the awkward beginning and ending of each screen recording where you film the recorder application. A simple idea probably but an outstanding help for quicker results. Beyond that you can switch between camera view and screen in the foreground so this means you can make real life compatible presentations where you show yourself and a presentation alternating. Best thing is that you can decide at the end during editing and switch back and forth according to you liking. That is some tacos!

Calipio is a very mature product and screen recording and uploading and sharing has never been easy. There are other products in the market but Calipio is very mature and does the job effortlessly. And the best part i like is the convenience, no downloading any software, no updates etc etc. Simply fire up your browser and it there. The roadmap is very promising. If you have anything to do with screen recording, just go for it. There is so much value in this. The customer support is also top quality, reached out with an issue and received an instant reply. Keep developing it and its gonna be a market leader soon.

Cheers to Appsumo for bringing that deal! This is more Tacos than one can digest. Calipio is so easy to use, so accessible, there is no other product around which let’s you make your screen recordings that quickly. You are literally just two clicks away from a new recording, and even the backend with library and editor are totally spot on. So for Sumo-lings who are fed up with overly complicated software, try this, you won’t regret it!

Let's be honest: LTDs are often half-backed tools.
This is not the case with Calipio!
Calipio is a well-developed recording tool with plenty of options.
It does much more than I expected (team, libraries, WP plugin, SDK..) and I'm very happy with the speedy support.
I found a bug in the SDK - it was solved in a couple of hours.
