Q: Hi 1.

can i just use this to send SMS messages to my international clients? i mean, without them going to my website and sending me a message first.
1.2 same for phone calls \
1.3same for whatsapp
2. can i use my google voice phone number with this product?
3. is there a limit to the amount of numbers i can use?
4. do i need to give my real whatspapp number , or is there a way around that?
5. are you planning to expand to more countries? when and where?
6. are you planning onative (without zapier) integration to hubspot (e.g for connecting with their crm. i don't want 2 crm's just for using your app)?
7. iia gree with others about the too low limitation of minutes per month

A: Esumoling,

1. You won't be able to send outgoign SMS from our platform. 2-way SMS is a separate product and not part of this deal. But your website visitors will be able to send SMS to you and your agents from our callback widget.
2. Same for phone calls :) separate product.
3. If you are asking about verified numbers (Caller IDs) then you can have at least one Caller ID for each of your websites.
4. To link a WhatsApp - yes, you need to list your personal or business WhatsApp number.
5. Currently we serve in 30 countries listed in this deal (above). Will add more countries as we expand our work with local phone providers.
6. HubSpot integration is on the product roadmap for the next year.
7. We wanted to make sure we can support this LTD since we renew these minutes every month. If your business/agency will scale - you can always enable Twilio integration and remove all the limits ;)
