Q: Hi, one more question.
Is the personal phone number of the agent responding, visibly able to be seen at any time by the web guest as they respond to either phone, text, or WhatsApp, engagements, and if so is there a way to block it? This is important as most of my clients want to keep their cell numbers private.

The agent's phone number won't be visible to the customers. They will see Verified Caller ID for the company or our Default US phone number. You can verify the business phone number for each of your clients for each of their websites and only that number will be displayed to the customers.
