is it possible to add our own SIP line for calling? I am mainly looking for Live chat features. Does it have all live chat features with chatbot automation for us to use for multiple agents?

Thank you for your questions! 3CX is an amazing system and I used it personally before. We need to check their API and see if it can be compatible with our system. I added this to our research list already. For chat functionality - it's a live chat + canned messages. We don't have chatbots right now but already did some development and testing last year. Hi Pavel,
I really like the concept of callback tracker. How it gives multiple options for a customer to contact us. My only recommendation would be to add the chatbot functionality. I really wish I could integrate FB Messenger to callback tracker that would make this product a no brainer for me.

OC, we have chatbots in the test lab but I don't have ETA when it will available for everyone. Facebook Messenger channel will be added by the end of this year. Cheers!
