Q: How does it work for an agency with several clients?
Is it possible to create sub-accounts?

May 14, 2024A: Great question, thank you!
We are trying to define how our system should look like for agencies - switching between the accounts, complete white-label, sub-accounts. Please let us know what makes the most sense for the agency?
Our current agency-clients utilized our system in several ways listed below:
- Adding multiple websites under one account and configure them individually, then bill their clients for our service with their own pricing and margins.
- Creating a separate Callback Tracker account for each of their clients using our Affiliate Program link and earning monthly referral income.
- Use Callback Tracker as part of their Sales Funnel strategy that they present to the clients and our price bundles into the client's Marketing Plan.
Please let us know what makes the most sense for the Agency?
- Sub-accounts
- Complete white-labeling
- Referral program
- Switching between the client's accounts
- Re-selling with your own margin
- Something else
Thank you for your feedback!

This is something I am interested in as well
I myself favor the idea of sub-accounts or white label is best.

As for agency, here is what we need:
1. whitelabel... having our own brand is what we want our customers to see
2. sub-accounts... we create sub accounts for customers and let them log into their own accounts to see their own statistics.
3. Able to automatically log into the sub-accounts from our admin account. sometimes this is needed to help customers to fix a simple set up
4. integrated with Twilio... So we will be using our own Twilio account and we are able to set the minutes and sms limit with our own plan
Hope this is details enough to understand... and I wonder when you will probably have that done? I need a timeline please? Because I am looking to either pick up this deal or wait for the agency platform.
Thanks,
Ken
Thank y'all!
Taking your ideas into consideration - we should have the Agency Portal ready by the end of this month :) So excited about this :) Cheers!
