There's a few things that need to be worked on but because Pavel has been on top of responding and addressing issues I honestly have no choice but to think any concerns I have will be and are already being fixed. I only say 4 Tacos until some of the bugs are fixed but have no doubt that they will be taken care of soon.
I thought this was just a fancy looking call back widget that I thought I give it a try but to my surprise, it seems to be more than that. I like the fact that it can disguise my calls with my own caller id, that is very cool. I stacked max as I heard that the Android and iOS Apps will be coming soon. Take a punt, is a good call. These guys know what they are doing.

Just purchased 5 codes. Knowing all the new features from the Roundtable Webinar on Nov. 19, I’m confident that the tool will be developed by the team even much better soon.
One question I was wondering if you can consider adding support for Taiwan where I have quite a few customers. That will make it amazing for my business there.

Livechat unable to work for me
I brought the deal as I wanted to have a Callback as well as WhatsApp button on my site
Unfortunately, the 'WhatsApp' tab cannot be enabled by default.
Secondly, the Livechat is not working for me
The livechat is set to 9am to 4pm (SG Time) however when I tested during the time, the livechat agent is offline
