Why? Because Callback tracker allows you to connect with your visitors by all possible means: Call, SMS, Chat and Email (4 in 1).
The design of the widget on the website is efficient and beautiful.
The only thing missing is the possibility to create sub-accounts (very useful for agencies) but this functionality is on their Roadmap.
My only regret is that I can't stack more than 5 codes.
