This was one of the first things I bought on AppSumo and it is running on several of my sites for 1,5 months now. The results are great. The installation is really easy and even if you encounter a problem the helpdesk is really fast and helpful. As I work with an external telephone service I have always somebody answering the phone during office hours. We processed already so many calls during this period and I am sure not all of these people would have picked up the phone to call themselves. Really a no-brainer... buy it while it is still there...
