The tier 2 will allow you to resell. The product is stable, no bugs. So can be sold for pros. For own usage, covers the needs of all the team. I recommend buying it.
2 codes for $139 is a no brainer. unlimited calls, domain and users per month. Was looking at other similar tools but more limited functionalities.
I'll give it 4.5 because it does what you need to but I wish they can have a better UI/UX to make it easier. Setting up companies was confusing and is considered as a service.
Mobile app not much going on with that. Hope the design and features on the app get better. I haven't used my of it, seems like an early tool but with potential. I'd try it out if you're an agency.

Using free trial software in a product you are selling
Upon first logging in to my Callback24 panel I was created with the following popup which blocks my ability to do anything on mobile…
“This application was built using a trial version of Syncfusion Essential Studio. To remove the license validation message permanently, a valid license key must be included. Claim your free account“
This doesn’t exactly scream professional if you ask me. I mentioned it to support but they’ve yet to bother to get back to me about it.
I’m only giving 3 tacos because I can’t do anything like setup due to the blocking popup. Also, you may wonder why I don’t just use the app to set things up and to that I say it’s hardly useful as you can’t set much up using it.
I’ll try this all on my desktop tonight but for now I’m not impressed.

It works smoothly
Installing and configuring was very easy and it works very well in integration to the app.
When someone puts the number in the website widget, I receive an instant notification to call back... that's awesome!
In 5 minutes I can create a new service, assign it to a specific user and start collecting new call requests in real time.
The configuration is not only about the design, but about the functionality too.
