Q: I'm in charge of a service that requires a different person to be on-call every night.
Is there a way to implement a system using this service where customers dial a single number, and their calls get automatically forwarded to the person on duty that particular night, as indicated in a spreadsheet schedule?

May 15, 2024A: No, unfortunately we don't have this feature available - sorry!
The closest thing we have is round robin calling which will distribute the calls evenly to a group of numbers.
For example:
Call #1 gets sent to first person in the round robin
Call #2 gets sent to second person in the round robin
Call #3 gets sent to third person in the round robin
Doesn't exactly solve your use case but maybe that is helpful to know
