I would like to know what future updates come with 1, 2 or 3 codes. This is a complete separate plan however I am curious as to how the updates will be pertaining to those who purchase your Appsumo deal.

How many users are included on this deal? Your site's Starter Plan has 3, Agency 10 and High Volume Plan 20 users. This Appsumo plan doesn't state any, so which is it?

Also your Appsumo deal simply says minutes $0.06 monthly, how much for SMS vs. Minutes, how much for toll-free numbers vs. local numbers?

This appsumo deal doesn't seem like a deal when assessing monthly add-ons. Was this deal intentionally structure like this, if and you don't mind me asking why? The # is the benefit since that is the LTD I am assuming. But, Sumolings are paying more for extra minutes and messaging, with no clarity on which we should associate our deal with moving forward.

The product seems amazing, I am very interested in purchasing several codes. But the deal seems a bit awkward, hopefully you can clarify the above questions.

First off, yes all future updates will be included in the AppSumo deal. Just the pricing plan is different. The LTD is a personal plan and does not include any extra users, but you can add users within your account for a fee.

Here is the extra usage pricing if you go over your limits in the LTD you buy:
- $0.06 per minute
- $6 per number (toll free or local)

Here are other optional usage pricing:
- $0.03 per SMS
- $12 per user/mo

You also get $10 for free in your account balance to start so if you happen to go over your limits or want to try SMS you can do that with that free balance.

Call recording is always free.

If you expect to have high usage, feel free to contact us and we can potentially work out a custom deal for you with better usage pricing. Typically this is if you have 40+ numbers in your account.
