A Game Changer in Call Tracking

CallScaler is beyond great. As a business owner who has used CallRail for over a decade, I approached this deal with skepticism. However, CallScaler has proved to be a quality service that offers all of the core features I need and none of the stuff (junk) that I don't. The top-notch support team, contribute to my immense satisfaction with this tool. I was able to easily and quickly port a number, while the support team kept me up to date on the progress.

The only short-fall that I find is in the ring duration. I would like to see an option that prevents the forwarded number's voicemail from picking up - thus forcing voicemails to a particular tracked number to leave voicemails that can be tracked on the CallScaler platform. But, as I said, this is only a small short-fall.

My biggest hope is that they bring this deal back so that I can buy 9 more codes and max out my plan... I unfortunately missed the "ending soon" status on this deal while I was testing to see how easy it was going to be to port a number (bummer).

11/10 recommend when/if it comes back to AppSumo.

replaced google number

just replaced my google business phone number with a new number from here. I will also be removing my personal number on my website and replacing it with the new number- I think this solution can help people have more privacy.

Limits are just too low

After a few calls my limits are gone almost instantly. I'm basically forced to tell people I'll call them back to not run up the already limited mins. As of now callrail seems to be the best option still.

This is a lifetime deal so hopefully you understand that it might actually be bad for you if we offer too good of limits because it would be unsustainable for us long term.

Sure CallRail is an option but you'll be paying a high monthly fee instead of a one-time fee for this AppSumo deal.

Best,

Curran

Excellent Service

I am critical of the services offered on Appsumo. I rely on them for my small business. Sometimes you get duds; other times, you get some gems. This is a GEM! For my use case, it is perfect. I had a number that was rarely used but is needed for the company. I ported it into Callscaler, and now I never have to worry about the monthly fee. It is almost too good to be true. Plus, the help has been great. I hope this company sticks around for a long time, and with this service, I am pretty certain they will.

I like it so far. Very promising Phone Wagon replacement.

It's simple & super easy to setup too.

I would love to see an extra user added to each stack. I cant imagine adding 1 or 2 additional users really costs you that much computing power, or storage space.

I would love to be able to add a sales rep or VA that can login to the dashboard and check everything without them being able to change my admin email and take over the account - Ex: If they happen to have a bad day and feel like reeking havoc on my business before they quit for example. Same goes for exporting any sort of call lists / data.

Hard pass on the $12 a month to add a single user account. Maybe if I was running a call center doing hundreds or thousands of calls each month, or making lots of money, etc but most of us here are just small startup businesses.

Overall it works. And that's what I needed. Cant wait to take this ride with you guys and see what it evolves into in the future. =]
