Compared to CallRail, Analytics Call Tracking, and others, this really does what it needs to. The system worked right away! It was easy to setup a new number and tied it into a call flow. The only issue I have seen so far is that if you deny a call, it goes to your personal voicemail instead of the call flow voicemail. I would like to see a fix for that and this would be, dare I say better than my experience in other software similar to CallScaler. Very impressed and excited to see some more call flows working!
