Camelo includes a dedicated feature to help you manage clients alongside your employees.
- Employees are the people who work for you.
- Clients are the people or businesses your team serves — and who you bill for your services.

Typically, you’ll schedule shifts for your employees to visit clients (for example, cleaning jobs, healthcare visits, or other field services).

The seat limit is for employees/members, not for clients. Tier 1’s limit of 10 active clients/job sites per month means you can schedule up to 10 different clients or job sites in a given month.

You can create as many visits or shifts as needed for those 10 clients (for example, 10 clients × 100 visits each). However, you won’t be able to add an 11th client/job site within that same month.
