Hi! I’ve purchased the 2 Codes plan and I would like to confirm exactly what the limit of 30 active clients/job sites per month refers to.

Does this “30 active clients/job sites” limit apply specifically to the CRM module (client management + job site tracking)?

When you say “30 active clients/job sites per month,” does that mean:

we can manage up to 30 CRM clients/job sites each month (monthly reset), or

the CRM can only store a total of 30 clients for our entire business?

For a business CRM, the number 30 seems extremely low, so we want to be sure we understand correctly how this limitation works.

Additionally, since we’ve already purchased the plan, could you please provide the official support email we should contact for future questions and assistance?
