Q: Does your platform support case notes, risk assessments, secure referrals, and HIPAA or local compliance?

Hi Team,

I’m exploring your platform for use in a domestic violence support service. Could you please confirm if your system allows:

Case notes and progress documentation

Risk assessments

Secure sharing of summaries or reports with external agencies (e.g. police, hospitals)

Compliance with privacy standards such as HIPAA or Australian data protection laws

Best regards,
Babrah

Thank you for the detailed response.

It’s great to know that case notes and HIPAA compliance are already supported. For our use case, we’d need to securely share summary reports and risk-related information with agencies such as the police, child protection, and crisis accommodation services. This typically includes referral letters, safety plans, and brief case summaries.

Thank you for your reply. We currently offer a Documents feature that allows you to upload summary reports and other files. You can also generate secure, expiring links to share these documents with agencies.

Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you!
