Q: Seat meaning

What does it mean by seat?
How many employees can it track for each company?

Can you explain by examples?

If i have 10 clients (10 different companies), each company has 20-50 employees.

Does it work for Tier 1 ?

A: Hello,

In Camelo, a seat means one active user (employee or contractor) you can schedule, track, or manage timesheets for.

Each workspace in Camelo usually represents one company.
So if you manage 10 clients, you’d typically create 10 separate workspaces, one per company.

The AppSumo tier limit applies per workspace.
For example, Tier 1 supports up to 5 members in one workspace.

If each of your clients has 20–50 employees, you’d need a higher tier or a custom plan.

Thabks for explanation. So for tier 1: Each client can have 5 employees? Meaning if we can have 10 clients, we can have 10x5 = 50 different employees total?

Hello,

Each AppSumo code applies to one workspace.
So if you have 10 clients, you’ll need 10 workspaces — one for each company — and therefore 10 codes.

Each workspace under Tier 1 can include up to 5 employees, so if each client has around 5 team members, you’ll be fine with one code per client.
