Q: Service Based Biz Question

I read the response to a previous question asking if T1 would limit to having 10 clients for the month. The answer indicated that the number of customers tracked by the system would be unlimited, however the limit of 10 would apply to customers that are actively scheduled for the month. Could you please clarify whether this is fixed or can it be rotating?

For example, I have 10 clients scheduled for the week (which would be the max for T1), however I've completed the services for 5 of those clients already. Will this now allow for another 5 clients to be scheduled?

For Tier 1, the limit of 10 clients applies to unique clients scheduled in a given month. Once a client has been scheduled at least once in that month, they count toward your monthly limit.

Re-scheduling the same client again within that month won’t increase the count. However, completing a job for one client doesn’t “free up” a slot. You can’t replace them with a new client until the next month.

In short:
✅ You can schedule the same 10 clients as many times as you want during the month.
🚫 You can’t schedule the 11th client until the next month starts.
