Q: Tier 3 up to 25 employees max?

A bit confused. In previous comments and/or reviews i read through this appsumo section, you said we can have up to 50 employees, but this Tier 3 only shows 25 seats (25 employees) max?

A: Hello,

We only support up to 25 employees for now. Tier 4 (50 employees) is removed.

I read the response to a previous question asking if T1 would limit to having 10 clients for the month. The answer indicated that the number of customers tracked by the system would be unlimited, however the limit of 10 would apply to customers that are actively scheduled for the month. Could you please clarify whether this is fixed or can it be rotating? For example, I have 10 clients scheduled for the week (which would be the max for T1), however I've completed the services for 5 of those clients already. Will this now allow for another 5 clients to be scheduled? Thank you
