Q: We are currently using Camelo for attendance tracking, and we are facing some issues that require urgent support.

1. Photo Verification – The system is not consistently capturing or verifying employee photos during clock-in/clock-out.
2. GPS Verification – Location tracking is either inaccurate or not recording properly for some employees.
3. WiFi Verification – We need the ability to manage and verify multiple WiFi networks for different office/remote locations under one entity. Currently, verification is failing or not detecting the configured networks properly.
4. We previously contacted Camelo support directly but have not received any response.
