Q: I'm a broker for a start up/company................
I'm a broker for small companies, and I bought a lower tier with the intention of "leveling up" if the product was good. It appears to be what it says, but I can't use it. It asks for my corporate email and such in order to reach out to the individuals/funds. I've reached out to support and to Ralph directly and haven't received a response. Can someone give me a workaround or make some changes so an entire new demographic can become customers? Thank you
