icttmmailQ: Why do Exports not work? Is there no support ny more?
Exports cannot be downloaded - just purple circles and stuck forever.
I tried with 7 different devices, differnet ip addresses, vpns - and then finally tw different accounts .. I even bought a NEW account - and it STILL doesnt work.
I sent sveral emails, tried to reach you on linkedin.. no replies at all..
Are you still in business?

Oct 23, 2025A: Hi, CapitalConnector.ai is still active and, in fact, is about to receive a large update in the coming week or two (originally planned for October but due to testing feedback we are adjusting a few things). I am sorry about your issues with our platform, and it looks like we have only received your request through our holding company email a few hours ago. I did with our other account a week ago - you just ignore emails.

We’re not ignoring you - it’s currently unclear whether your earlier email didn’t reach us or got lost, but that’s on us. I’ve asked our development team to prioritize this. As all systems show operational, they will check export logs to see why they’re stuck. I received your email today and will keep you posted.
