Q: I was hopeful... My 35 minute video has been generating clips for almost a week...
Hello female founders! I was so excited about being able to get clips from my videos but I have reached out twice to customer support through your onsite chat and nothing. My video has been trying to generate clips since August 6. There is no way to stop it and nothing else for me to try. Is there some way this feature can be fixed?

When recording myself, will the AI make it look like my eyes are always looking at the camera - evern though I am reading, Can I rerecord a portion and the AI will automatically determine what to replace? Can it remove "EH" and pauses of the video? While doing all this, match my lips to what I am saying. I al looking at your product or Descript.com

A: Hi there! We're actually not a direct competitor/replacement for Descript. They really specialize in the editing part of the workflow, we handle the post-production/marketing part of the workflow.
Hi, this looks really cool! For clips that are AI-identified, will it be possible to go in and edit them manually if it's not exactly what I need, or prompt an edit? Thanks!

Q: Can we upload our own text, PDFs, and transcripts?
Hello.👋 Just wondering if Capsho can be used with the written content we already have, or is your focus only on giving audio and video creators text posts?
In other words: 1) Can I use Capsho with my blogs and text social media posts I already have?
2) Can I upload transcripts (not audio or video) to be repurposed into social media posts, lead magnets, etc.
3) Can I upload PDFs and text into Capsho to produce social media posts and marketing content?

Yes, that is right. The 100-minute limit (depending on which tier you choose) is the total duration of files you can upload each month.
