Q: This is dissapointing.
I created a trial account to test the functionality on 3/30, found out it would do what I wanted so went to purchase.
I used one of my business emails because it's not my primary.
They require a business account email, (didn't realize that) because of the trial account, I could not update it so the activated account did not show.
Sent an email on 3/30 morning, no response all day, no response 3/31, no response 4/1 morning, so finally I did a refund with the intent to re-purchase.
At this time there are still about 50 minutes left of the deal, but... I can no longer add this to my cart?
Little disappointed in the lack of response and disorganized setup.
Any way to get the account re-activated with the correct level and email assigned? Business would be fine.
