Q: Why is Appsumo not refunding atleast something?
Just saw my friends who bought this, got nothing but the LTD died

- Hi, I have tried a number of times to run workflows for Instagram, especially interested in the auto following of a specified accounts followers. But, however many times I try and refresh my accounts integration and have also double checked the session cookie ID, I get an error on the workflow based around a cookie error. I have not completed a successful workflow as yet. I have followed the CD documentation and tried to contact support, but I cannot get it to work and have had no answer? Anybody else having this issue and have got any suggestions if they managed to be successful? I am using chrome on OSX. Thanks in advance.
- I think I'll ask for a refund, the support does not respond either here or on the site. I tried their instagram workflow but it didn't work. The software tells me to refresh the cookies that's what I do but nothing to do I always have an error this software is useless to me
- Signed up on Friday for the full 5 tier stack at $699. Had a problem activating the code as I signed up previously, refunded and then had a change of mind when other tools were struggling and now they have their new editor mode out. I submitted a support ticket immediately and I am still waiting for a reply and still waiting to get access. Little disappointed in the lack of support which seems to be echoed in other people's questions here. If anyone at CaptainData sees this please get back to my support ticket a.s.a.p and at least acknowledge you have seen this and are actioning it. Thank you.
